My name is Helen and I’m a content creator with experience in numerous fields. I spent more than a decade as a journalist, covering court and human interest stories as well as features and crime. I was also a deputy news editor on a busy regional newspaper, organising reporters and photographers to make sure the latest breaking news was covered.

My latest roles have been in copywriting and content marketing – working for a digital agency in Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter. There I occupied the role of content editor, overseeing and sub editing onsite copy, blog posts and landing pages.

I also have experience as a primary school teacher, giving me the skills to lead coaching sessions and understand the requirements at various stages of the learning process.
